During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier operations, or peak seasons.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking information.

For international GCC shipments, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on local regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
